Step 1: Refer to our web site or Contact Us for a price quote, schedule a rush service, or discuss packaging options.

Step 2: Download Forms.
For all customers.Please download, fill out and sign the following forms:

Step 3: Download Templates. If necessary, please download one or all of the following templates for custom artwork and label design specifications. The eps file is for the convenience of designers and the pdf files are easier to read.

Step 4`:

Fax, email, or mail us all the above forms, artwork specifications and other necessary materials. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping information:
  • Domestic shipments are made via FedEx Ground when possible. Allow at least 7 to 10 business days after shipment for delivery.
  • Shipments to APOs/FPOs, Canada and PO Boxes - add an additional 20% or order amount.
  • Overnight or for 2nd Day Air Express Delivery, actual shipping charge.
  • We also provide shipping services using our own trucks within 20 miles radius from our company.

Damaged shipments:
If you receive a package that has been damaged en route to you by FedEx, please call your local FedEx office immediately and request that a representative pick up the damaged goods. (This will help to resolve the situation in the quickest possible manner.) Repack the merchandise securely, making sure to include the white packing slip that was included with your order and attach to it a note explaining the situation. Once FedEx picks up the package and notifies us, we will promptly ship a replacement to you.

How to pay:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept money orders, C.O.D. company checks (upon credit approval), C.O.D. cash, Wire Transfers or Letters of Credit. We will report all credit card fraud.



Returns and exchanges:
If there is a problem with your order, call us first to obtain a RMA number. Please securely wrap the package and return it prepaid and insured to Silver Century, Inc.

Minimum orders:
There is no minimum order. Only that the product has to be purchased in the proper increments.

Purchase orders:
In order to offer you the lowest prices, all purchase orders must be accompanied with payment except for schools and Government offices (Net 15 days).
